Angry Bee Films, the trading name of Red Bee Productions Limited is an independent film production company based in London, UK.

The company’s focus is the production of provocative visual content that challenges and inspires audiences. Angry Bee Films is the film company of Fay Beck, writer, director producer, and of producer Graham Jones.

First stablished in 2013 in Australia, the company spent its first few years developing a number of scripts. In 2013, Angry Bee Films moved to the next phase and started production work on one short film, Stroke the Black which was completed in 2014 and comprised the company’s first completed short film production. In 2015, Angry Bee Films relocated to the UK where it is currently based. In 2018, Angry Bee Films completed production on two other short films Collectors Protocol a dystopian, post apocalyptic horror, and The Breakup, an ambitious one-shot one-take drama in which director Fay Beck explored the emotional fallout following the breakup of a long term relationship. The Breakup has recently been selected in the three film festivals. It will screen at the Cyprus International Film Festival in June 2019 as it is part of the Official Selection for the festival.

Angry Bee Films are currently in pre-production phase of a 4th short film, “Layers” which explores issues around mental illness, assisted dying, suicide and sibling relationships.

The company is currently involved in 3 co-productions for feature films.

In 2019, the company aims to bring to audiences their first feature film, Rogue, a film based on Beck’s Stroke the Black.
